Roadside Protect

As a member, your Roadside Protection service utilizes a broad network of contracted, insured service providers throughout the US, Canada, and Puerto Rico to handle all types of vehicle disablement services including, but not limited to:

  • Towing - Provided for up to 15 miles or less at no charge to member. Additional coverage is the responsibility of the member and will be negotiated prior to sending out service.
  • Emergency Battery Service - Includes jump starts or tightening of cables
  • Tire Change - Includes changing a flat tire with your good spare
  • Essential Fluids - Including gasoline, water or oil. (member responsible for actual cost of fluid)
  • Winching
  • Lockout Services - Lost keys, broken keys, or accidentally locked out of your vehicle, we will send a locksmith

Utilizing an intelligent locator system, Roadside Protect has the ability to pair up a disabled vehicle with the closest service provider based on key criteria such as shortest estimated time of arrival (ETA) or towing requirements, ensuring total customer satisfaction. Please have your account number ready when requesting assistance.

Your Maximum Benefit Allowed (MBA) is a combination of either Sign & Drive services or Reimbursement services not to exceed three (3) uses within a one (1) year period of time, with a reimbursement limit of $50 per incident. If you choose to pay the provider at the time of service, you may seek Reimbursement up to the MBA dollar amount ($50). Only one (1) service per seven (7) days. Please be with your vehicle when the service provider arrives, as they cannot service an unattended vehicle Additional mileage and associated towing costs will be your responsibility to pay at the time of service.

Coverage: Is extended to member, legal spouse and dependent children living at home and for vehicles registered in their name.
